Meet Our Team

Bob’s background includes more than 25 years as a controller for companies ranging from small businesses to large organizations in both service and manufacturing. He was previously part owner of a CPA firm and has participated in mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.

His transaction experience includes oversight of Orion Power Midwest’s $1.7 billion acquisition of Duquesne Light’s power plants in April 2000. Bob also serves as President of United Dental Brokers of America, where he specializes in business valuations and the brokerage of dental practices.

Bob earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He has presented to multiple professional dental organizations and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

He holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and a Florida real estate broker’s license, allowing him to assist with real-estate matters related to leasing and business transactions.

Bobby previously served as Vice President of Operations for a lower-middle-market private equity firm. He managed the organization through four portfolio-company acquisitions and worked with the appointed presidents throughout each acquisition process.

During the pandemic, he assumed the CFO role for a multi-location business with approximately $6 million in revenue and 150 employees, bringing hands-on financial and operating leadership to a demanding business environment.

Bobby earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He brings seven years of audit, tax, and accounting experience and ten years of experience on the buying and selling sides of mergers and acquisitions.
